Ms Nikhat Dawre is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Anjuman-I-Islam’s Allana Institute of Management Studies (AIAIMS). A proud alumna of this esteemed institution, she completed her MBA at AIAIMS and now returns to contribute to its legacy of excellence in education.
