Ensuring a transparent, systematic, and student-focused examination process in accordance with the academic and examination framework of the University of Mumbai, the Examination Cell of Anjuman-I-Islam’s Allana Institute of Management Studies (AIAIMS) is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the academic assessment and examination processes of the MMS program.
As an affiliated institute of the University of Mumbai, AIAIMS follows the examination policies, ordinances, regulations, academic framework, and directions issued by the University from time to time. The MMS program operates under the NEP 2020 framework prescribed by the University of Mumbai, ensuring that evaluation standards, internal-to-external assessment ratios, and passing criteria are implemented with absolute academic integrity and transparency.
The Examination Cell coordinates the conduct of internal assessments, semester-end and university examinations, examination-related documentation, student examination requirements, evaluation processes, and result-related activities in a fair, orderly, and student-friendly manner.

The Examination Cell is dedicated to maintaining a fair, orderly, and supportive evaluation environment through key operational responsibilities:
- Examination Coordination: Managing schedules, exam forms, seating arrangements, invigilation, and the execution of internal assessments and semester-end university examinations.
- Regulatory Implementation: Enforcing guidelines, instructions, and policy updates issued by the University of Mumbai.
- Documentation & Processing: Facilitating timely record-keeping, evaluation workflows, and result communications.
- Student Guidance: Advising students on exam related queries.
- Integrity & Confidentiality: Upholding strict standards of fairness, security, and confidentiality across all examination procedures.

Second Year MMS (Semesters III & IV)

- Semester III: University-level evaluation for core and specialization courses, internal evaluations, and Summer Internship Project (SIP) evaluations.
- Semester IV: Advanced university evaluation, internal evaluation, comprehensive seminars, and specialized Research Project evaluations complete with standardized letter grading and grade-point mapping.
