Diana Dsouza is an Assistant Professor, with a Master Management Studies (MMS),

Specializing in Human Resource Management. She has keen interests in Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Communication Skills, Personality Development and Soft Skills. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring students, with a particular focus on Communication Skills, English Communication, Personality Development, and Employability Skills. She also guides students in developing confidence, interpersonal skills, professional communication, and personal interview skills to help them prepare for their professional careers.

Her research interests include Women Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Soft Skills and Employability Skills, and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has presented/published research work on topics including “Women Entrepreneurship Helps Accelerate the Process of Economic Development” and “Impact of Demonetization.”

She is committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop their knowledge, confidence, communication abilities, and overall professional personality.
